    1. Steps to import MySQL database in cPanel in Dedicated server are: –

      1. Log into your cPanel account of dedicated server

      2. Move to the Databases section and click on phpMyAdmin.

      3. Once phpMyAdmin is opened, click on to the Import tab at the top of the page.

      4. When the Import page opens, go to the File to import section at the top. Click on the Choose file button. This will open a dialog box from where you can find the database backup file you wish to import from your device.

      5. After you have chosen the file you want to import, leave the settings below with their default values and click the Go button.

      2. In the search bar, type “Backup”.

      3. To download a backup of your MySQL database, go to the Download a MySQL Database Backup section and click on your database’s name.

      Step II :-
      Please type the following command in order to create a backup of your MySQL database:
      #mysqldump DATABASE_NAME > BACKUP.sql
      To change DATABASE_NAME with the actual name of the database you want to back up.
      This will create a backup file of your database called BACKUP.sql that you can later use to restore your information from.
      To restore data base from backup you can use the following command.
      #mysql DATABASE_NAME

    1. We have 2 options to restart Apache server in dedicated servers. Details are: –

      WHM – For restarting your Apache service from WHM panel, go to Restart Services -> HTTP Server (Apache). You will be asked for the confirmation for restarting the service. You can then take the action as per the preference.

      Command line – For restarting the Apache from the terminal, executing the following command is required after logging in the server via SSH:
      1 /etc/init.d/httpd restart

    1. Follow the steps mentioned below for editing the MX record of a domain name on dedicated server though WHM:

      Log into WHM control panel.
      Click on ‘DNS Functions’ and on the next page follow ‘Edit MX Entry’ link.
      Select the domain that you want to edit and click on ‘Edit’.
      Modify the MX records and once you are ready, click on ‘Save’.
      After completing these steps, you will have to allow approximately 48 hours for the changes to be implemented.
